FAQ’s:

• How much are attendance and On-Demand courses for members?

  All theory attendance courses and all On-Demand content is free for members, and practical attendance courses are half price. External courses run by Securos, Silver Academy packages, and the Vet Graduate Academy are excluded from the membership package

• When are members eligible for courses at the discounted prices?

  Delegates need to have an active membership at the time of booking and at the time of attending the course to be eligible for membership prices.

• What if I need to cancel a course booking?

  If a delegate needs to cancel an theory attendance course booking, they must cancel the booking at least 14 days in advance. Failure to provide 14 days notice for non-attendance will restrict delegates from booking any future courses more than two weeks ahead. For practical attendance course bookings, our Cancellation Policy will apply.

• Can a colleague attend in my place?

  Bookings must be made for the member only. Any non-members attending a course in the member’s place will be invoiced for the full course cost.

• How far in advance can I book practical courses with priority booking?

  Members will get up to two weeks’ priority booking for all new practical courses.

• We have an On-Demand practice subscription, but would like to purchase a practice membership package. Can we have a refund on the subscription?

  If you already have an On-Demand practice subscription and you want to purchase our practice membership package, we can apply the remaining monthly equivalent of your subscription as credit. The credit can be used for future course bookings or membership renewals. Please drop us an email at [email protected] after purchase and we will arrange the credit for you.

• A member of staff has already booked onto a course, but our practice would like join the membership package and get the discounted rates. Can we have a refund on the difference in the course cost?

  If a member of staff is booked onto a practical or theory course scheduled to run within the next year, and your practice now wants to join the membership package, we’ll happily give you credit for the difference in the course cost between the full and discounted rates. The credit can be used for future course bookings or membership renewals. Please drop us an email at [email protected] after purchase and we will arrange the credit for you.
